Dr. Kalyan Handique is one of the most prolific biotech and medical device innovators from Michigan with over 400 world wide patents. He is the founder of two successful healthcare start-ups Handylab and Celsee Inc. He currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer, CDG at BioRad Laboratories. Kalyan joined BioRad through the successful acquisition of Celsee in April 2020.

Ms. Glaza joined Invest Detroit in 2014 with over 30 years of experience in the tech sector. Her primary responsibilities include sourcing and facilitating the development of early-stage and high-growth companies by providing guidance and investment capital.  

Len Middleton serves as a Teaching Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Stephen M. Ross
School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he is committed to developing the next generation
of tech entrepreneurs. With a strong background in the medical device and biotech industries, he has
collaborated with leading companies in U.S, Ireland and Israel. 

Serial Life Science entrepreneur, Angel investor, educator, and coach, David joined Pointe Angels shortly after its founding in 2019, and was named Executive Director in 2022. He is responsible for membership, venture relations, and investor club operations - from scouting and screening to due-diligence and syndicating deals. In CY2024, Pointe Angels closed 14 deals and added 11 new companies to the club portfolio.

Dr. Snyder serves as Associate Chief Medical Officer to Henry Ford Health Innovations committed to accelerating innovation that impacts human health. He also supports the Department of Neurosurgery as Director of Clinical Informatics, is the Principal Investigator of the Hermelin Brain Tumor Center liquid biopsy program and holds academic appointments with Michigan State University and Wayne State University.
