Matt Okoneski is the Director of Venture Investments at the MSU Research Foundation, where he oversees healthcare and life science investments across 3 families of early-stage venture funds: Red Cedar Ventures, Michigan Rise, and the MSU + Henry Ford Health Innovation Fund.

He has played an active role in shaping the state’s startup ecosystem, including launching and managing the Michigan Rise pre-seed fund and managing the Red Cedar Ventures fund,

Len Middleton serves as a Teaching Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Stephen M. Ross
School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he is committed to developing the next generation
of tech entrepreneurs. With a strong background in the medical device and biotech industries, he has
collaborated with leading companies in U.S, Ireland and Israel. 

With nearly two decades of combined experience in frontline clinical care and leadership roles across clinical development and medical affairs, Lori brings a distinctive blend of scientific expertise and strategic insight. Her experience includes global clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and submission-ready datasets, and developing impactful presentation strategies. 

Dr. Snyder serves as Associate Chief Medical Officer to Henry Ford Health Innovations committed to accelerating innovation that impacts human health. He also supports the Department of Neurosurgery as Director of Clinical Informatics, is the Principal Investigator of the Hermelin Brain Tumor Center liquid biopsy program and holds academic appointments with Michigan State University and Wayne State University.
